When there is a spike in the number of transactions, a blockchain network can become congested. This means that the transaction Flyp.me is sending to you will take longer to be confirmed and for the cryptocurrency to show in the wallet.

When your exchange is completed you will see the “CHECK TX ON THE BLOCKCHAIN” button. Clicking on “CHECK TX ON THE BLOCKCHAIN” opens an external website not associated with Flyp.me. This website is a block explorer to check directly on the blockchain that Flyp.me sent the exchanged cryptocurrency to the destination wallet address.

A Transaction ID (TXID) or Transaction Hash (TXHash) is a unique address that identifies a transaction in the blockchain. Usually a TXID is a combination of alphanumeric characters.
